STEP 1

Kick Off

You'll be introduced to your account manager and our email marketing team leader that will work with you to start your Klaviyo account and issue proper access to our team and yours. Then we'll gather all necessary branding materials, access to your previous platform, and review our strategy for onboarding you to Klaviyo.

STEP 2

Setup & Integration

After your kickoff meeting we take it from there. We begin to import all of your data to Klaviyo. This includes integrating BigCommerce, adding the proper scripts to your templates to take advantage of features like "Viewed Product" Tracking, and finally we integrate the data from your previous Email Provider. This allows us to identify your marketing contacts, properly suppress profiles, set up your lists, and create your first segments.

STEP 3

Effective Design

Once everything is set up and integrated we build your Signup Forms, Email Templates, Emails, and Preference Pages. This includes turning on key performing flows to start warming in the backend like your Welcome Series Flow and Abandoned Cart Flow. You'll be able to select one more flow for us to activate from our list of proven converters. We also work with you to build and send your warm-up campaigns to ensure you a healthy sender reputation moving forward.

STEP 4

Testing and Analysis

We partner with platforms like Litmus and Email on Acid to take your email through rigorous testing to ensure deliverability throughout this process. Your metrics like your deliveries, clicks, and revenue are vigilantly monitored to make sure we keep you at or above industry benchmarks for a successful onboard. You'll meet with us at the end of the onboard to review your account, warm-up process, and answer any questions about next steps.
